Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
